Freelance Print Designer / Illustrator

Hello dear future collaborator!

Our business is looking to expand into the business of merchandise. For that reason we are looking for talented personal on a pay per work basis. We allready have experience in the creation of designs but aim to outsource much of the work. We are particularly looking for long term business relationships and will be happy to provide bonuses and benefits (christmas/birthday bonus, bonus for successful designs) if the collaboration is prolific.

Before we decide on the applicants, we will do a small competition in which you will design 3 sample designs. (Each participant will be remunerated with $2). Independant of that we will need your port folio via your application.



WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Typographic design experience
- High quality and creative designs (we will deliever inspiration and templates)
- Creation of a minimum of 40 designs per month (room for further gains)
- Experience in Photoshop and/or Illustrator or other related software
- Knowledge in the usage of copy righted material, or how to avoid it
- Adequate and quick English or German Communication (via Mail, Skype, Whatsapp or similar)
- Responsibility
- A respeftful and friendly nature

IMPORTANT
- You guarantuee that you wont violate copyrights
- Your designs are uniquely designed by yourself and will not be sold to anyone else. This is a crucial factor.

PAYMENT
- You earn 1 to 3 US-$ per design, depending on the sophistication of the design.
- The more your designs market successfully, the more your earnings will increase.
