Virtual Assistant for gathering reviews on US Amazon

1. Process:
1.1 VA searching for US people who will be willing to get free item from ---------- for exchange of review (only 5 stars) from them
a) search could be performed via chatting with random people on FB, instagram (VA should you his own account or create new), by joining specific forums, etc
1.2 After reviewer is found - link to the item (list of items will be provided by me) should be sent to him
1.3 Reviewer buys specific item
1.4 After 2-5 days, reviewer gets this item and leave review on Amazon
1.5 After review is left you should refund reviewer via PP (commissions are also covered by me)
1.6 Revewer's commission is 3 usd
1.7 each reviewer - 1 item

2. Payment
2.1 the project is commission base: that is the more reviews are left - the more you get
2.2 your commission for each review left - 3 usd
2.3 payment will be made to your payoneer account

3. Product:
3.1 Product is - appliance for children (toys, books, etc)
3.2 price - from 3 to 10 usd usually

4. Training and Scripts
4.1 no training is provided - because the project is very easy
4.2 no scripts are provided - so we give VA flexibility of how to construct their dialogues with potential reviewers
