Administrative Assistant- Sales & Lead Generation

Hi there,

We are looking for an exceptional individual, passionate about growing as a person to support our Life Coaching Business with:

- Being active in Facebook Messenger and using EXCELLENT English writing skills to set up phone calls with potential clients. There will be a script but you also get to learn to be an independent thinker and sometimes go off script.

Other supportive tasks also include:

- Administrative support: Email management, scheduling, reminders, managing logistics etc
- Client support: Handling questions with clients via slack, keeping them accountable, regular follow ups, onboarding etc.
- Booking calls with clients: Accepting new friend requests, Facebook Messenger conversations and helping to book calls with potential clients, Instagram- sending messages and replying to comments, LinkedIn- run LinkedIn Helper with a VPN and reply to messages to book calls with potential clients
- Community Management: Managing Facebook Group (letting people into the group, sending welcome messages and replying to comments),

It will be part time initially and then full ---------- ORDER TO APPLY YOU MUST:

- Be okay starting part time and then moving to full time. Also doing a base salary of $2-$3 an hour with commissions to earn $500+ a month. If you are REALLY good, $700-$800+ a month
