JOB OVERVIEW

We require an experienced admin assistant and social media marketer to join our growing team.
We are a full stack marketing company in Western Australia who are growing at a rapid rate and require the assistance of an administrator to join or busy team.

You will answer straight to the managing director and will be responsible for:
- Data entry into CRM
- Data entry into project management
- Social Media Posting to client accounts
- Answering client emails
- Emailing clients
- Data mining

You will be liasing with the sales team, fulfillment team and management team in this diverse, challenging and rewarding role.

The services we provide are:
- Web Development
- SEO
- Social Media Management
- Social Ads
- Google Ads
- Bot Marketing

You will be working in and around these teams to provide assistance for various roles.

Experience Required:
- Must have previous marketing experience in some capacity
- Must have proven record of administrative experience
- Must have extremely good English in both written and spoken

It would be advantageous to have:
- Project management experience
- CRM experience
- Microsoft office experience
