SPANISH Real Estate Receptionist - Full time to start ASAP!!

Our Real Estate Brokerage is looking for applicants to join our Upgrade to see actual infoerested applicants MUST have:
1) a reliable power and Internet service
2) quiet workspace
3) flexible schedule


This is a full-time and fast paced position. Applicants should expect to work 5 days per week and 9 hours per day, including breaks. All applicants should expect shifts during US mainland daylight hours.

During a typical day, Receptionists will respond to all Inbound calls promptly and redirect the call to the right department - Concierge Team, Realtors or the Loans Department. If the call cannot be transferred right away, Receptionists will set up a calendar reminder for the right person/department to call back as per the client's request and make sure each requests are Upgrade to see actual infolls will be about 1-2 mins long to allow them to transfer the client to the right department and be available for the next incoming calls.

Pay is $3.5 per hour and will be raised to $4 after an evaluation and Receptionists are deemed proficient in learning our transfer systems and other basic business details.
