Real Estate VA for Cold Calling

Hey my name is DeAngelo Simmons owner of Property Rooted Issues. We are a fast growing Real Estate company based out of Cincinnati Ohio. Currently we are looking to scale our business by bringing on a new team member to help with cold calling. The position will be part time starting off, expect to work 4 hours a day 7 days a week. You will be paid 100 dollars bi weekly or 200 per month + many incentives/bonuses. You will be paid via pay pal and any fees associated with payment via pay pall will be covered by us. We want to bring someone on that is a true team player and committed to getting better. We are looking to bring someone on that has great work ethic, discipline, and a willingness to learn. This position is part time starting off ideally I would prefer a candidate who is willing to start off with simple cold calling task inside of Mojo Dialer which includes setting appointments and follow up calls. We will provide the leads for you to call and pre-qualify rather they are wanting to sale or not. As you become familiar with our system and pre qualification of leads an opportunity will open up for you to expand your role in the company by learning how to convert a lead into a deal by yourself and learn administrative task which will of course result in higher pay and more hours.

Skills Required:
Must have fluent English level and good verbal skills
Incentives/Bonuses:
$15 dollars per signed contract
5% commission on any deal that you pre-qualify and we close on. (EX: We make $5,000 at closing you make $250!)
