animation movies

Hi,

I am looking for a person who can create a animation movies for me, movie can be 3-5 minutes, it has to be full movie like music and title and should be able to provide grate idea about the short movies, first i need person for a part time then as the time pass i will be looking to hire him/her more work which will lead to become me full time. i would say first i wanted to see the work of the person whoever i am going to hire so he/she does need to provide me short clips of animation movies..
