Scheduling Appointments Per Lead

Looking for a team of VA to respond to appointment requests via email and chat and respond.

About us :
We are a psychology group in NY.
We are working from 7 am till 10 pm EST 365 days a year and need people to help with scheduling during those times.

We are currently looking for people that can be available during the following time slots. All times are in Eastern Standard TIMES

Tuesday : 7am - 12pm ; 12pm - 7pm
Wednesday : 7pm - 10pm
Friday : 7pm - 10pm
Saturday : 12pm - 8pm
Sunday : 12pm - 8pm


PLEASE apply ONLY if you can commit to ALL time slots. Times are in eastern time.

Our ideal candidate:

1. Has superb internet with a backup in case of a blackout.
2. Has backup electricity in case of electrical blackout.
3. Attention to detail and ability to think in an independent manner and resolve issues alone.
4. Good Written English
5. Able to respond to messages within 15 min
6. Each lead takes about 7 min. ( Can combine it with another existing job).
