BE HIRED TODAY!?

- Excellent English Speaker.
- Email customers, make sure they are happy with our services.
- Call customers, make sure they are happy with our services, and if there is anything we need to do write it down.
- Follow up with customers on their status
- Follow up with our agents on their customer's accounts
- Be able to follow a script and make it authentic.
- Be able to learn how to use CRM and scheduling software. If necessary training will be provided on all applications
- Provide written summary of any issues
- Have a functional working laptop with high speed internet

This person should be able to learn quickly and work autonomously.
This will be a full time position.
