Houston Property Finders is seeking an experienced telephone professional to train on real estate client relations and appointment setting. This position entails contacting clients via telephone and prospecting through our database to set appointments for the leads manager. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, outgoing, a people person and eager to join our dynamic team environment. This position is for the money-motivated, high-activity phone representative and is not for the faint of heart.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:
• 1+ years call center experience (ambitious entry-level candidates also encouraged to apply)
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and phone skills; must be able to effectively and
professionally converse with prospective clients
• Self-starter attitude; can fearlessly conduct a high-volume telephone prospecting campaign
• Strong knowledge and use of the Internet and basic Microsoft Office skills
• High energy to keep up in a competitive, lively, and encouraging office environment
• Relevant real estate and sales industry experience is a plus but not required
• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Must be able to work at home with little supervision
• Must be able to meet daily goals set by manager
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated and Detail oriented
• Confident and capable of working independently
• Coachable and competitive spirit
• Able to set and reach personal goals

Tuesday 8am-12pm CST
Wednesday 3pm -7pm CST
Thursday 3pm -7pm CST
Friday or Saturday 8am-12pm CST

Salary: Hourly Salary Plus Bonus’
