Video Editing / Graphic & Web Design / Sales / Marketing...

Hi

I run a small robot business in the UK and I am looking for a Full time employee to help me grow the business.

The role will consisted of two main areas (with a 3rd nice to have skills):

1. Video Editing (Youtube), Green screen, SFX, Graphic Design, Website Design, Motion Graphics, Flash Animation
2. Virtual Assistant, Emailing customer, Research, Email marketing, Data imputer, Blogging, Updating (Facebook, website, Twitter, etc), Customer assistance, Marketing, Sales.

(3rd Nice to have = Coding experience (Python, C++), or a willing to learn. We are a Robot company and I may ask you to build basic scripts for the Robot to run)
(3rd Nice to have = Cold Calling customers. I understand there is slight time difference, but some who is happy to speak to customer as well would be a good)

Sales Commission
This role also has the benefit of commission, where if you get any sales from the emails that you have sent out, then I will pay you commission on the sale. ( You tend to get sales quicker if you speak to the customer hence the calling part above, it will help you earn more money)

To give you an overview of the tasks I need doing first:

1. The first thing that I will need, is to build some YouTube Videos and work a system of regular weekly videos being produced ( I will provide the Video footage, it will be on green screen).
2. Build two websites ( I will show you roughly what I am looking for). Then regular graphic design work, animations, improvements and updates.

In the time when you’re not doing the above, then it will be the sales role:

1. I will ask you to email customers ( I will tell you where to find the emails)
2. Research of new products to add to the website.
3. Update the blog ( Facebook, website, Twitter, etc)
4. Chase customer leads
5. General customer service assistance
6. Setting up meetings for me, so I can demo the products to them.

Please do not be overwhelmed with the amount of skills I have listed above. I have added the ideal candidate skills, so if you lack in some and willing to learn then this is good enough. The main basis though will have to be around the Video Editing / Graphic role, as this is the key skills I need. The sales part of the role (2.) I can quite easily teach the right candidate.

I have worked both in Video Editing / Graphic design for 6 years & Sales for 6 years, so the role is almost like an extension to myself. This business has some very good potential for growth and I am looking for someone to grow with it.
