I have a small a digital ad agency that does Web Design, SEO, Paid Ads, and Affiliate Marketing. I have been using Upwork to hire for years but want to find a full time employee here.
I'm looking for help with some Paid Search Campaign work. I have a process for what I do for each client, and I try not to deviate from that process but I am open to your creativity. I am seeking someone who knows Google Ads, Bing Ads & Facebook Ads to work with me.

Your Role: -
Onboard new clients - I help with this.
Writing Ad Copy (I help with this)
Bid Optimizations
Keyword Research - Adding relevant terms
Negative Keyword Research - Adding negative terms
Campaign creation
Geo targeting
Google Analytics
Reporting - Auto system for this but needs setup for each client
.... Many more tasks that are normal for paid advertising.

I will provide the work flow and expectations upon hire.

I am always interested in how I can improve the process and provide more value: if you have suggestions on why I should do something different, I'm all ears!
