Requirements:
1. Experience in Amazon seller central and eBay and Walmart (worked in these fields for a few years)
2. Speaks and writes an excellent English
3. Access to fast and safe internet
4. Knows well excel and google sheets

Job Description:
1. Manage Customer email support - Amazon, eBay, & Walmart (using help scout)
2. Follow up with customers you supported to provide positive feedback on the marketplace (with providing links, etc)
3. Manage Seller Metrics - Remove negative feedback, reach out to customers to help and remove negative feedback, -follow up
4. Knowing how to use bulk uploads for listing and editing listings.
5. Monitoring ASINs on changes and fix them. (Title description images etc).
6. Monitoring returns and its reasons and reporting weekly the issues with products based on returns.
7. Reconciling Shipments
