Full-time SEO Specialist Virtual Assistant ** Allstars ONLY **

Job Responsibilities

I am looking to hire an all star virtual assistant (part-time to full time) to handle all of our keyword research.

Ideal candidate will have experience with
1. Full Site Analysis
2. Keyword Research
3. Competitor Analysis
4. On page optimization for our entire site
5. Title, Meta Description, Meta Keywords
6. Header Tag Optimization
7. Keywords Optimized

Must be fluent in english and be able to research US markets well.

Often, the VA will be given a market, client, website, url, or keyword. He/she must research the subject thoroughly, and come up with a target list of keywords.

Must be able to edit web pages to be able to add synonyms so as to lower keyword density and anything necessary to optimize the on page content.

Applicant must have experience working with various niches and must be a quick learner.

About your Employer

2. We are casual and very understanding, we’re not looking to overwork our staff but we also fully expect someone who gets their assignments completed on time without making excuses.
3. We are very detail oriented so we have instruction documents for each task that you will be working on. However, we are open-minded and if you provide feedback on a faster way of doing certain tasks, we will add your feedback into our instructions.

WHAT WE EXPECT (DON’T WASTE OUR TIME, WE DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOURS)
1. Work 40 hours/week
2. Send an email at the end of each day telling us exactly what tasks you worked on and completed, even if it was only task.
3. You will get paid on time via any mechanism that you like, we prefer to use paypal and can setup a recurring payment so you will automatically get paid every 2 weeks; we will pay bonuses frequently based on performance
4. We expect you to have only 1 job and work for us full-time. 5. You should expect this to be a long-term working relationship, it's a permanent job.
6. You can take off whatever personal time you need, we are flexible but please don't take unfair advantage of it...
7. Communicate with us immediately if you get stuck on something or have any questions. First try and complete a task with the instructions we’ve provided but if you are having trouble, then please contact us on skype or email.
8. We expect you to communicate with us and tell us how we can work better together. We will listen to how you want to grow within our company and what additional tasks you’d like to do.
9. Once a month, we may want to have a one hour skype call to review the work you’ve done and get your feedback on how to make your job easier.
