Wordpress expert (great php + CSS) / Genesis / Catalyst

This job is mainly Wordpress development - not simple customisations and tweaks, but building themes and sites from the ground up using etensive use of php, html, CSS and AJAX.

Firstly:
You should be a real person, not from an agency.
You should have no other employers - this is full-time working just for me.
You should be willing to learn new things.
You need access to Skype for a video interview.

Can you handle jobs like this? (WITHOUT touching original files - so you should be a lover of child themes and your own functions.php file)

Have you got experience with Genesis or Catalyst framework? Could you recreate a simple site in 2 days

Can you write a custom php file for a page type? Write your own Loop so that it pulls posts very selectively? Make an archive page that had 3 posts on it, in 3 columns? Wrap it all in ajax so I can get the next 3 posts without reloading the whole page?

Woocommerce - can you block access until to person has logged in? Add icons to archive pages dependent on item category? Figure out how to enable users to upload products that are then needing approval by a mod (with radio buttons for categories and tags)?

Have you got experience with W3TC? Can you figure out which js files are throwing errors when minified and need exclusion?

Have you built sites using media queries and even javescript to make the pages responsive?

Everything listed above can be learned in tutorials around the place, so while you don't need to have done the above things, you should have done something very like those things.

AND when there isn't an active Wordpress site being built you should love less technical tasks like building out Web 2.0's, doing some SEO work, and any other odd jobs I throw your way.
