* We are looking for a super star employee that is well organised, detail orientated, precise and thorough, communicate well, honest, and reliable to work with us long term.
* A super star employee is able to follow directions easily but more importantly a super star employee is able to complete the task even when we didn’t provide detailed instructions.
* For example, if I ask you to create a Google Sheet with 3 columns, but you have never used Google Sheets before - if you are super star, than you won’t email me back and tell me that you don’t know how to use Google Sheets. You GOOGLE IT. You search on Google and you find out and you complete the task. If you can google things, find out how to do things without emailing me back and ask for details then you are a super star and we want you on our team.
