Experienced Bookkeeper

We need a freelance bookkeeper with expertise in payroll, accounts receivable, and filing monthly Upgrade to see actual info and deliverables:
- Send invoices and keep track of monthly accounts receivable
- Write checks to vendors and other accounts payable
- Handle payroll obligations
- Complete monthly state and federal tax forms
- Reconcile accounts
- Cross-Check invoices to approve for payment
- Analyze basic reporting

- Min 3 Years Experience with QuickBooks
- Certification for bookkeeping/accounting
- Close attention to detail
- Available for an IMMEDIATE START and can dedicate a minimum 10 hours per week
