JOB OVERVIEW

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage Website Infrastructure - get a website running, web admins must set up a web host, configure access for users, establish news and mail servers, and seamlessly connect databases and other back-end components. Responsible for familiarizing clients with the website and making sure it functions smoothly.
2. Monitor Performance - Web admins/IT constantly evaluate website performance by checking metrics such as loading time and memory consumption. Going beyond the technical aspects, they also assess user feedback, effectiveness, and traffic, even exploring marketing techniques such as newsletters and SEO to draw more users into the website.
3. Provide Technical Support- Websites require constant maintenance after Upgrade to see actual info matter how robust a site is, it’s never a one-time job, and web admins/IT must be proactive when addressing user concerns and resolving bugs. Additionally, upgrades and improvements are inevitable in the fast-paced world of tech, so it’s up to web admins to integrate these advances.
4. Create and Update Web Pages - Web admins/IT work directly with code and often update webpages to add content or tweak the layout. For large-scale changes such as expanding the website, they create new web pages based on wireframes, which they may design themselves.
5. Evaluate Structure and Content - web admins/IT contribute to the development of a website’s structure. They set basic standards for both graphics and content, checking for quality before uploading components.
6. Update website content and review SEO / Knowledge Drupal
7. Management of development and test schedules.
8. Collaboration with product management, SQA, customer support, and marketing
9. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
10. Track record of designing and building scalable software systems
11. Solution for SEO out of the site and cover all of the social channel, guide marketing team to make contents base on keywords, rank Google search of CN1699
12. Support with solution how can let contents and image Google search better
13. Know multi search engineer rules
14. Know news reader tools rules such as Google news, and SSL connect; know how can manage the news\ contents\ image\video public policy, and know how can link the channel on the site, how can place is the best.

Web Admin / IT Skills and Qualifications:

1. Knowledgeable in DRUPAL
2. Web admins/IT must be proficient in web programming languages in order to update or create web pages. At minimum, they should be able to convert designs into code through front-end development
3. Infrastructure expertise – since the job revolves around maintaining websites, successful web admins are knowledgeable about security, hosting, network optimization, databases, and other infrastructure-related factors that affect a website’s performance
4. Testing – web admins/IT test and debug website features, with the goal of making them error-free. Beyond programming tests, they also assess the website’s usability, design, content, and popularity
5. Dependability – because even a small problem can be detrimental to a website, web admins react quickly to bugs and performance lags. They even guard against future risks by preparing backups and disaster recovery plans
6. Customer support – when customers report issues, web admins should be proactive, working to fix the problem while communicating Upgrade to see actual info’s important that they can explain technical concepts in everyday language

Minimum Requirements

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with webmaster / IT

Systems and Connection:
Fast and reliable internet connection needed.
Have a backup system, preferably a PC or a high-end laptop that can support technical tasks
