We are a 40-year old nationwide distributor of Medicare Supplement Insurance Solutions for Seniors ages 65+. Our Team is growing and looking for Outbound Medicare Lead Generators.

Successful applicants will be calling Seniors who are interested to talk to a Medicare Agent who will review their current supplemental coverage and get them a less expensive Plan.

We’ll provide you a simple but proven-effective script that will enable our licensed agents to call your set appointments and and review their current Medicare ---------- sales pitch and pushy sales tactics.

Ideal candidates should be and have:
1. Excellent command of English. Neutral American Accent and Perfect Grammar. If you don't have this, don't apply.
2. Goal Oriented – Able to hit daily numbers.
3. Disciplined – working at home seems like an informal setting but should be treated with the same respect as any place of business.
4. Career-Minded – People who come to work because they want ---------- t because they have to.

We require:
1. We use Xencall dialer. Experience is plus but not necessary. We help you succeed.
2. 1-year office-based job or call center experience.
3. Hard wired, fast and reliable internet.
4. USB headset with noise cancelling feature.
5. Quiet, noise-free work space.
6. Willing to work on Eastern Standard Time but Pacific Standard Time (1am – 10am MNL) is prioritized.
7. Active PayPal Account.
8. Skype for video interviews and team communication.
