Construction Virtual Assistant

Looking for an assistant for our construction company. We are based in San Francisco on PST time. You will have your own virtual number that we will provide that you will use to make calls when needed. Should have great English speaking skill.

Construction assisting experience is a plus. We don't need you to work throughout our PST time full day, maybe partial morning and then partial evening so you can have normal sleep.

What we need help with:

- finding subs (sub contractor) based on our requirements (online and phone)
- getting bids from subs
- some materials ordering
- some phone calls answering if our main people miss a call)
- verify subs insurance and documentation
- gather receipts from subs
- some online research
- CRM entry (Zoho CRM - we will train, easy)
- online research based on criterias
