Looking for ebay stores manager {Dropshipping from Amazon}

Looking for ebay stores manager with extent experience in dropshipping from Amazon and managing other people. 1 year experience at dropshipping is a must.

The main tasks:
Manage my VA's
Maintain the business
Grow the business

The manager would need to manage my VA's and make sure everyone are doing there job properly, if needed the manager would need to hire more VA's. In case a VA can't work for some reason the manager would need to take his place. Therefore the manager should know all aspects of the business: customer service, order fulfillment and listing. The manager should be the one that the VA's will approach usually for help. Besides of it the manager would need also to help me grow the business.

This is not a regular job. I need someone who would be reachable most of the day for me and the VA's. I require 8 hours a day on weekdays + help my VA's at weekends as much as needed (This could vary, but i believe on average weekend day would be 2 hours of working as well).

Please serious people only. I don't look for VA's agency. I need someone who would work exclusive for me and would be dedicated solely to my business.

Requirements:
- 1 year experience in ebay dropshipping from amazon.
- 1 year experience at managing other people
- High level of English
- College degree
- Good computers skills
- Ability to learn things on your own
