Sketchup 3D Modeler

We are looking for a reliable Sketchup modeler (25 to 45 hrs week, varies) to build 3D models of buildings and landscapes in SketchUp, usually in a single day (12hrs or less).

Requirements:
You must send at least three samples (three different projects) of previous Sketchup work.
Able to generate complex 3D architectural models from PDF & CAD files in a short time period.
Must be able to generate and figure out fairly complex multi-angled roof forms using elevations or a roof plan.
Familiar with the U.S. measuring system. Models must be accurate using feet/inches.
Skilled at estimating/budgeting time.
Frequently communicate progress with project manager.
Have a reliable internet connection and a computer that can handle large sketchup models.
Understand written instructions in English.
Weekly salary payments will be sent via PayPal, so you must have a PayPal account set up and ready if you are hired.

Working Hours:
Set almost any work schedule you like, but you must be consistent and check in every day at the same time. If you are available to work a night shift (starting at midnight Manilla time and working till 8:00 a.m.) this would be a huge plus for us and we would give your application additional consideration.

Prefered Skills (not required, but will lead to a preference over other candidates):
AutoCAD
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or other construction field.

Please let us know approximately how many lifetime hours of experience you have in SketchUp. It is VERY important that deadlines are met and that you check in on time. If you get overwhelmed by complex projects, this is not the job for you.
