> Post job ads in different platforms
> Screen applications
> Communicate with potential applicants on standard rates, testing schedule and results
> Conduct interviews with applicants
> Recommend potential hires to HR Manager.
> Assist new hires with on-boarding
> Perform off-boarding

Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following qualities:
> Proficient in English
> Has dedication towards work, pro-active and a team player
> Hardworking and reliable
> Willing to learn, try new techniques and listens to feedback
> Must be precise and is not afraid to ask questions
> Knows how to keep up with the deadlines and understand processes
> With reliable power and internet services
