Job Summary:
The Sales Manager oversees and manages the activity of the Sales Department. He/she will be direct reporting to General Cargo Head. He/she is responsible for planning and executing sales, market and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally and with the
Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans
Ensures effective control of marketing results and take corrective actions to ensure that achievement of sales objectives are attainable
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Establish and maintain good relationships with existing clients, potential trade and industry partners
Meet with key trade customers, assisting sales associates with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other related units
