• I have been starting companies for 8 years
• We provide digital marketing services for ecommerce, accountants and lawyer companies.

• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job
• I own a United Kingdom Company located in London.



ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Handle new initiatives as directed by me.
• Handle simple client enquiries
• Handle the freelancers tasked by the company
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research
• Create Reports
• Make sure our clients have a great experience of our company
• Handle some admin tasks for the me
• Project manage our own marketing the strategy of which will have been created by me.
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week




ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay weekly basis after 1st week
• After the first month we pay on the 1st Friday and 3rd Friday of the month.
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
