Resort Manager for a Resort in Anilao, Batangas Vivere Hotel and Resorts

General Qualifications:

Experience and Training:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the related field
Certification in resort or hotel management is a plus
Experience in managing resort operations
Proven experience in training and motivating resort management team and staff
Education:

Graduate of Business Management/Hotel & Restaurant Management or its equivalent from a reputable college or university.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

Male
Ability to manage and supervise all aspects of resort business, including housekeeping, grounds maintenance, accounting, restaurant management and activities coordination.
Monitor overall resort expenditure and completing weekly account
Proven excellence in customer service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Should have strong leadership skills
Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
With above average written and oral communication skills
Must be flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
