You’ll work directly with me and on occasion, the copywriter on my team.
Your responsibilities as my Virtual Assistant aren't shuffling paperwork looking busy.
Here is what your responsibilities will actually include (but not limited to):

- Calendar management. Arranging client calls using Google Calendar. Online filing using Google Drive and Dropbox
- Managing blog posts and
- Daily reports updated (aggregating data from a few different tools and then putting it in a Google Doc spreadsheet. Pretty basic)
- Upload occasional videos to Vimeo and send to videos to clients.
- Some WordPress knowledge would be great but not
- Occasional research on various topics - Google is your magic wand. When research is necessary, your responsibility is to present research information in detailed, organized manner that is easy for the team to comprehend.

This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week), but if things work out well it can develop into a full-time position.
