Must have experience managing both Purchase and Listing Agreements, a general comprehension of real estate contracts, excellent English skills, organized and able to manage the transaction process, interact with listing and selling agents, use email and Google apps, work Mountain Standard Time, make phone calls, MLS experience and on-line forms experience. Experience with REO accounts a plus. FAST internet.
Transaction Management - complete listing or purchase agreements, have an eye for details. Management or follow up with customers/lenders ensuring the transaction is progressing, finding out issues early so they can be addressed. Calling, scheduling appointments, showings interacting with customers. Closing related activities. May need to access county or city records, MLS. Very good English skills.
Set up Google calendars, input transaction info for client knowledge. Email clients with updates.
Acting as an assistant to listing agent, handling calls and communications.
