Programmer for Desktop Applcation/SDK For Advertising/AdServing

I am working on building a team of highly skilled professional programmers that already have experience building desktop applications.

We are a Digital Marketing Agency looking to develop our own self-hostedA Ad-Serving Application for Various Ad Types. We would like to build our own Push Notification System like ---------- ---------- addition we also would like to build our own ad-server/SDK so that we can promote Pop-under/Banner/Video Content on various web publishers websites. This is for a full-time long-term job since we would like the programmers and developers to also manage the product/application after it has been developed. If you have any experience with building or working in the marketing space, you will be on priority. The pay right now is between $ ---------- /month for now until we see the progress of the development. The monthly amount can increase greatly if the development goes well. We also give generous bonuses if work exceeds our expectations.
