HOME BASED _ SOFTWARE QA ANALYST

Responsibilities:
• Participate as a team member in the agile (Scrum) process throughout the SDLC
• Participate in project planning and estimation, working closely with development team members to analyze requirements and provide QA/test recommendations for complex systems
• Develop test plans and procedures based on business requirements and design documents to ensure the application's quality and relevance for our clients
• Develop automated functional, performance, and regression tests using industry best practices and tools
• Communicate testing progress, identify any risks related to quality and delivery, and track software issues throughout the life-cycle of the development process

QUALIFICATIONS :
• At least 5 years’ experience working as QA
• Experienced in MOBILE TESTING
• Strong knowledge of software QA/testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Significant hands-on QA/testing experience for the Microsoft technology stack
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, MS SQL Server and SQL language is required
• Strong analytical, problem-finding and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Ability to work independently, and flexibility to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs
• Enthusiastic team player who is delivery-oriented, takes responsibility for the team's success, and strives to continually learn and improve
