Here is who we are looking for:
MOST IMPORTANT -->> People with talent and an artistic eye! You need have experience with making online offers, user interface and user experience. We're huge in to online conversion and calls to action. Everything we do has to ooze quality and brand confidence.

-> Someone passionate about responsive website design, front end development and elegant wordpress development.
-> Solid Experience with Wordpress and Website Design
-> Skills developing web pages from scratch, adapting web design templates, creating web design from scratch, ability to modify Word Press templates.
-> Experience with builders like Beaver, elementor and divi.
-> Experience with gravity forms
-> You should be able to produce banner and above the fold calls to action and other headlines. We don't need you to write content but do need section headlines so our content writers understand the section topic.
-> Someone to work full time exclusively for our company.

-> If you are a full time student, DO NOT REPLY to this ad. We are looking for someone that can focus on working with us in a rewarding career. We have hired university students before, and they never work out due to distractions with school.

Positives
-> Must be able to take direction and also be self sufficient and take initiative at the same time. Have a go-getter positive attitude.
-> Balance needed of having a creative artistic eye, but also have speed for high production output.
-> Ability to work virtually from your location.
(Time, productivity, and daily work will be closely monitored though.)
-> Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
-> Someone with honesty and integrity to grow with our company.

Extra Goodies
-> A plus, but not required, if you could work our normal business hours, which are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, in GMT +2, or Paris time zone. At a minimum work with us four hours each day.


** Other Required Skills **
- Graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and related design applications.
- Skilled responsive design techniques
- HTML/CSS/PHP/Jquery
- Work with web pages producing email forms, email autoresponders, shopping cart products, etc.
