1) Senior Manual Ebay Lister: $2.50 to $3.50USD per hour (Photoshop skills, reliable, trusted, efficient and effective work style, can train Junior Listers) .

2) Junior Manual Ebay Lister: $1.40 to $2.49USD per hour (no experience but willing to learn)
Pay Rate Guide (Rate depends on skills/experience):

Upon hiring the first 6 months are temp to perm with the intent of full time Upgrade to see actual infot only can you create an effective Ebay listing, you can demonstrate extraordinary skills in one of these: product copywriting, statistical analysis, product research, competitor analysis, graphic design


We have 2 positions available for our Australian Dropship Ebay stores:
Position #1: Junior Lister
Position #2: Senior Lister

DO NOT APPLY if you are not looking for long term (40hrs per week) work or cannot work Australia business hours (9am to 6pm Australian time / 7am to 4pm Philippines time).
NO PART-TIME work available.


Our Long term Listers also assist with other store support tasks. Do not apply if you do not consider yourself as a Dynamic, Versatile, Resourceful, and are a Team player.

Some of the Key responsibilities:
* create a manual Ebay Listing
* write Product feature and benefit with no grammar errors
* present and emphasise key product benefits/features in images and text
* Your listing images and information is complete, accurate, thorough and detailed
* You pay attention to all listing details
* You know how to perform profit calculations to determine a profitable Selling price
* Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity and experience in ecommerce (ebay, amazon, shopify)
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and eager to continue to learn and evolve in other efficient and effective ways in Listing approaches.
* Canva (nice to have)
* DO NOT APPLY if you are only looking for a listing role. Alligned with our Team Approach, Long term team members do essential store support tasks in these areas: research, optimisation, admin and customer support.

The Gig:
* Creating emotional, impactful listings that get sales and maximise profits.
* Working with a wide range and quality of static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips - and turning them in product images for listings
* Collaborating with our research, optimisation and strategy teams
* Honing your design, editing and writing skills
* Wrangling and rolling with your teammates to service rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments/opportunities, deliver and receive feedback, all while keeping a clear, enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards your responsibilities

Temp to Perm:
Listers will be hired on a temp to perm basis with the temporary role to extend no longer than 6 months. As a temporary employee this will be a Pay Per Listing position and will not initially be eligible for Upgrade to see actual infoTE ON THE HIRING TIMELINE:
