Looking for Full Time Wordpress Warrior - Web Dev./Graphic Artist for Local Business Sites

I'm looking to hire a highly skilled web developer/graphics artist full time who specializes in creating high quality Wordpress themes/landing page sites for local businesses for my team. You would be partnering with my other team member, who is an SEO/content specialist to create websites for potential local business clients.

Required Skills:
- Must be an independent thinker, problem solver, and self-motivated
- Have at least 3 years experience in Wordpress design
- Have at least 3 years experience in HTML coding
- Be able to complete high quality Wordpress designs according to short deadlines
- Be available and communicate daily through email or Skype
- Be an expert at creating great up-to-date web designs in photoshop and importing them into Wordpress themes
- Must be able to create unique logos for businesses
- Must have a portfolio of your Wordpress and graphics work, along with 2 professional referrals
- Additional webmaster and SEO skills are a plus
