Joyce Models & Talent is company based in Auckland with operations running across Australia. The director of the agency is currently seeking a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant to provide support. If you're passionate about Fashion, Modeling or TV and have proven experience in a high level Administrative or PA role, this could be your opportunity to join an exciting agency.

Working along side a motivated & passionate director, you will be an integral part of the business ensuring all Administrative functions run seamlessly.

This role will see you responsible for email and diary management, client & talent liaison, preparation of weekly castings, briefs and meeting agendas, assisting with marketing and all additional general administrative tasks.

This role will require excellent communication & written skills in English. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will display a natural ability to communicate confidently, possess a high level of attention to detail and feel confident with computer systems.
