COLD CALLER TO REAL ESTATE AGENTS NOT HOMEOWNERS

We are looking for candidates who are willing to spend 4 hours per day calling Real Estate AGENTS + 2 hrs per day doing FOLLOW UP CALLS + 2 hrs a day sending follow up emails. The work hours consist of 8am-5pm PST. Most calls are made between 9am and 3pm US PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. Our callers are expected to contactUpgrade to see actual infoREAL ESATE AGENTS per week (10 contacts per hour), and create up to one good lead per hour from those contacts.

We offer $4 USD per hour starting compensation, based on experience, PLUS eligibility to participate in performance bonus program (hourly rate + bonus opportunities)

Requirements:
• High speed internet (preferably 20 mbps or higher) – will be tested
• Fast computer (preferably i5 processor or higher)
• Fast learner
• Ambitious and hungry to create quality leads, generate sales appointments, and earn bonuses
• Moderate computer skills
• Experience with MOJO is a plus, but not necessary (training provided)
• Team player, coachable, and willing to learn every day
• Organized, responsible, and have quick responses of communication
