COLD CALLER TO REAL ESTATE AGENTS NOT HOMEOWNERS

We are looking for candidates who are willing to spend 4 hours per day calling Real Estate AGENTS + 2 hrs per day doing FOLLOW UP CALLS + 2 hrs a day sending follow up emails. The work hours consist of 8am-5pm PST. Most calls are made between 9am and 3pm US PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. Our callers are expected to contact ---------- REAL ESATE AGENTS per week (10 contacts per hour), and create up to one good lead per hour from those contacts.

We offer $4 USD per hour starting compensation, based on experience, PLUS eligibility to participate in performance bonus program (hourly rate + bonus opportunities)

Requirements:
• High speed internet (preferably 20 mbps or higher) – will be tested
• Fast computer (preferably i5 processor or higher)
• Fast learner
• Ambitious and hungry to create quality leads, generate sales appointments, and earn bonuses
• Moderate computer skills
• Experience with MOJO is a plus, but not necessary (training provided)
• Team player, coachable, and willing to learn every day
• Organized, responsible, and have quick responses of communication
