Marketing and Sales Specialist

I need an assistant with marketing and sales experience to generate new clients for two real estate-related companies I own. The companies are ---------- and ---------- . I will primarily need an assistant to oversee all marketing operations for this company, which includes cold calling potential clients, developing client lists, and also monitoring Facebook ad campaigns.

I will need someone with extremely good written and spoken English. Also, I need someone that has previous experience with marketing that can offer suggestions on how to build my lists. We will primarily be targeting real estate investors and offering our lead generation services to them. Again, I am not an expert in generating lists of clients or reaching out to them. You will have to be able to figure out the task with minimal direction, so it is necessary that you have prior experience working in a marketing and sales role. This will be a minimally supervised role, but it is performance-based. You will need to consistently bring in clients for my company in order for you to stay on board. I am open to offering commission and bonuses for clients that sign up for our services.
