Amazon Product Research for Private label - US market

We are an experienced amazon seller based in USA. Currently, we are looking for a VA who can perform product research to find private label products for us to launch in Amazon US. We are looking for a person with a minimum of 12-month experience in amazon product research using various tools.

Please provide the following:
1. Past work references
2. What research tools have you used to find amazon products?
3. How much experience do you have working on the Amazon platform?
4. What other aspects of amazon business do you have experience with? advertisement, listing etc
5. When can you start?

NOTE: You must be able to work in EST (New York Time) 8:00am - 5:00pm. This project is for 4 weeks, working 8 hours a day 5 days a week. However, based on the success of the va, it can morph into a permanent position. We are an easy-going, relaxed and family-oriented business and look for the same quality in our va.
