Voguish Fill is a luxurious fashion accessory brand looking for team members that share the same passion and desires as the business owner, Madeline Cary Davidson.

We need individuals with a keen eye for the most fabulous up and coming trends, unique HOT SELLING products and creative minds that think alike.

Voguish Fill is much more than your average eCommerce Upgrade to see actual info is a unique brand that has designed, manufactured and patented unique never before seen products. We plan to have our designer goods sold in high-end retail stores like Louis Vuitton, Bloomingdale, and Sax Fifth Ave...to name a few.

Voguish Fills designer and CEO has suffered a great deal from various health issues and plans to use it to her advantage by raising awareness about certain injustices within the medical system and being a voice for those who never had a chance. We plan to use Voguish Fills platform to help make that happen.

Voguish Fill is an eCommerce brand built through shopify that designs and manufactures product through Suuchi Incorporated, a woman-ran manufacturing facility based out of New York City, USA.

We need all team members to be just as excited and dedicated to this business as we are.

The desired eCommerce Project Manager will have a wide breadth of knowledge in various online and eCommerce platform technologies, as well as experience working with multi-vendor system integrations and internal development Upgrade to see actual info addition, the desired candidate should have exceptional experience in project management methodologies and resource management to ensure project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives for this Upgrade to see actual info is imperative that the Project Manager be FULLY TRAINED in :
1. Shopify
2. Oberlo
3. AliExpress (Negotiation included)
4. Mailchimp
5. All Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)

It is imperative that the Project Manager have at least 2 YEARS experience in :
1. Online Store Management
2. Product Research
3. Visual Merchandising/ Product Upload
4. Ali Express Negotiation
5. Customer Service
6. Daily Reports
7. Data Entry
8. Social Media Upgrade to see actual info is imperative that the Project Manager have a GOOD UNDERSTANDING of how to conduct/use :
- SEO Maximization
- Excel
- Microsoft
- Photoshop & HTML

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive successful execution and delivery of eCommerce project solution implementation.
• Influence leadership within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constraints impacting project delivery.
• Resolve project conflicts and competing priorities.
• Communicate state of the project to executive leadership.
• Drive project execution and delivery according to business needs and requirements.
• Provide eCommerce functionality expertise during project planning, development and production-support.
• Review eCommerce platform and architecture to recommend effective options for implementing business functionality.
• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to lead eCommerce requirements gathering and analysis.
• Assess project health and direct any necessary corrective measures. Creatively apply project management processes to address unique situations. Assess project status and direct corrective measures to ensure project success including escalation and visibility to Senior Leadership when appropriate.
• Effectively manage multiple medium sized eCommerce projects, or individual large sized eCommerce projects.
• Create project plans detailing project schedule, resource/budget estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management Upgrade to see actual infotablish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction.
• Define and document project work breakdowns, monitor task, status, update work estimates and incorporate new tasks into plan as needed.
• Direct daily activities and efficiently manage a project team of business and development resources.
• Evaluate and manage project change impacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of previous project management experience managing integrated eCommerce B2B/B2C projects in a consulting role.
-Deep knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
-Solid understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, web development, eCommerce, development frameworks and tool sets.
-Self-starter with strong business judgment who can initiate action and follow through with well defined solutions and action plans.
-Ability to flex leadership style to accommodate a wide variety of team member styles and leverage team diversity.
-The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients at all levels of the organization.
-Industry or consulting experience in the Consumer Products Industry with an understanding of eCommerce success factors is highly desirable.
-Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred.
-Agile PM experience a plus

***Wage will start off at $200/mo for first month. This is a part time position (to start). If you exceed expectations your monthly salary will double by next month.***
