Virtual Assistant/Cold Caller

Hi there, we are looking to hire a well driven, and dependable Virtual Assistant.
I need assistance with misc. task, cold calling, and lead generation. on websites like ---------- , For rent by ---------- , ---------- , For sale by ---------- . Leads will be filtered to me for closing depending on you level of English, right away you may start closing leads and receiving a bonus.
Keys to being good at this job are:
1. Persistence you should be creating 50 leads per day, and submitting 5 offer per day.
2. Ability to follow directions and be coachable.
3. Tech savvy and able to Skype and use ---------- systems
4. Experienced in Real Estate is a bonus
