Amazon Seller Account Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for the thorough and actionable analysis of all metrics relating to inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), extensive experience working in Amazon’s Seller ---------- ndidates must be extremely organized, diligent and have experience in a remote role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Inventory Management: tracking inventory levels, suggesting order quantities, placing orders with suppliers, ensuring no out of stock issues.
-Creating FBA shipments, including shipment information uploads
-Reconciliation of all inbound shipments against warehouse packing lists
-Excess inventory identification and management
-Creating shipping labels and ensuring correct usage with suppliers
-Communication with client warehouse to coordinate for inventory replenishment, generation of shipment labels
-Managing 3PL suppliers to clear inventory efficiently
-Amazon listing creation and management
-Finding suppliers for current or new products ( ---------- )
-Creating product criteria for new products using negative reviews to enhance
and better product for maximum success
-Email follow up sequence management
-Familiarity with Whatsapp, Wechat, Skype and ----------
-Proficient in word, excel
-Flexible schedule to ensure ability to comply with some US-Based working hours.
-Proactive and thorough communication with management, including the ability to track and log activities, results and procedures.
