** Seeking Talented UI/UX Designer for Fast Growth Digital Agency (Full-Time) ***

We are currently looking for a full-time UI/UX web designer!

As UX Designer, this role will see you work with various key clients to gather & develop project requirements; storyboard; and work with the team to design and deliver wire-frames and prototypes in order to create high-end user experiences across mobile sites & applications that are beautiful, highly functional, and seamless to use.

To be considered for this role, you will have strong experience in a UX Designer / Developer position (1-3 years), ideally with some of that across either iOS or Android applications (ideally both). You will know what makes an amazing user experience, and be able to confidently express that opinion. See your creation through to the launch and beyond. You’ll be involved in the ongoing optimisation to ensure it performs and builds success. You will need to collaborate with a range of stake holders, from company directors to startup marketing specialists.

To assist their growth they now require an experienced and qualified Web Developer/Designer to join their growing team


Ideal requirements:

- 3+ year industry experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or Multimedia
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Front End Development experience with knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Enjoys executing pixel perfect delivery
- A core understanding of the relationship between design and functionality for web
- Ability to work fast, change direction quickly and have the flexibility to take direction and action it
- A team focused attitude, works well within a team but also autonomously
Excellent communication skills to articulate visual design decisions
