Podcast Post Production Mixing and Optimization

I'm starting a podcast. Here's what I'm looking for:

- Intro and outro to be stitched to the podcast and blended into the conversation (it's already pre-recorded)
- Put an ad somewhere in the middle
- Optimize sound quality (I typically record on zoom, but it will come to you via MP3
- Post to my podcasting host site for review podcast.co
- Covert into video for Youtube
- Post to my Wordpress page
- Each show is about 45 min, but sometimes goes over.

I'm willing to pay $15 per episode, and If I can get it pumped out within 24 hours I'll pay $25 per episode.
