Do research and detailed outline for short book

Hi. I am writing a book to be published on Amazon Kindle.

The book will be short, 6,000 to 8,000 words.

The subject is Affiliate Marketing. If you are not familiar with this, affiliate marketing means that a person markets and sells the products of others for a commission. It will be about online marketing of information-based products. So, for example, if a person wanted to start selling information products online tomorrow, but had no products to offer, he/she would find people who do have such products for sale and are willing to market them through affiliates. It's probably the easiest way to get started in online sales with no products to sell.

I need someone to do research and put together a detailed outline. I would provide a little more detail on the title and exact subject. I would also provide a few links which would give more detail. What I need is someone to do the following:

1) Put together a table of contents (keeping in mind the small size of the book), including introduction and conclusion

2) Do research for the content of the book; provide a very concise list of the links where the content can be found OR cut and paste the content into a separate Word document

3) Begin a draft of the book, but ONLY put in chapter headings that match the table of contents, plus "bullet points" within each chapter that are the topics I would write on from your research to develop the final product.

I am willing to pay a fair rate. It seems to me that a better way to approach it would be a fixed fee. Please let me know the number of hours that you think it will take and we can work out a fee.
