Customer Service Specialist / Executive Assistant Needed

Main Duties:
-Customer email, messages and reviews, making sure our customers love our customer service. Fixing customer issues.
-Minimal Data entry
-Social Media

Intro:
We are Looking for a rockstar to join our team to perform several different jobs. The main job will be responding to customers emails, messages, and reviews. Some simple data entry (downloading and putting in data from sales reports, instruction will be given). In addition to some light bookkeeping (uploading documents from assigned folders to our accountant).

Offer:
We were looking to hire someone starting at $3 USD per hour or $500/month. With good performance (or major previous experience) and added responsibility, this pay can increase as well as the inclusion of other benefits. Work and meetings in weekdays + we require a minimal amount on weekends for answering customers. (0.5-2 hours)

About US:
We are an eCommerce company that has been selling online since 2017. We sell several different physical products. Our team are all completely remote and operate independently as of now. We have a weekly meeting where we set goals for the week and look at last weeks performance. During the weekdays we also do a quick 5-10 minute meeting to keep the team spirit and to fix any challenges! Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours. We are very loyal to great team members!
