Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Looking for a person who can help us do thorough testing on our softwares and websites.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test cases and test plans, and tacking issues to ensure that software releases do not contain defects. The tester also schedules software deployments to minimize impact.

• Deploys and tests software updates in the QA site.
• Documents comprehensive, thorough test plans and test cases for new updates, plus regression testing.
• Oversees internal and external testers for user acceptance testing. Evaluates issues that users encounter during user acceptance testing to determine impact.
• Communicates directly with internal clients about release status and schedules releases with internal clients.
• Responsible for defect tracking and management metrics, defects are logged and change requests are submitted
