Podcast Editor/Manager

I'm starting a podcast. Here's what I'm looking for:

- Intro and outro to be stitched to the podcast and blended into the conversation (it's already pre-recorded and will always be the same, until I tweak it)

- One ad during a break at some point (already recorded)

- Optimize sound quality (I typically record on zoom)

- Post to podcast.co under my account (I will review and set to publish)

- Also, I'd be looking for show notes.

Each show I try to keep under 45/min, but sometimes it goes over.

And is it possible to post it to my company page? If so, what would you charge for something like that?
