WordPress Expert! Research and Report and Create your Own Job!

I need an experienced Wordpress/SEO expert who can research a website idea I have and report back to me the likely success of the website in the market, what should be done to make it massively successful, and other objective and professional advice suitable to the matter.

This position also includes some opportunity to help me with my separate professional business with some virtual assistance style support.

The report must be (1) as long as it needs to be to cover all relevant information sufficiently and (2) no longer than it has to be.

The subject matter will be advised once we approve your proposal! If you love animals, this is for you!

For example:

. I want there to be a reason for people to keep going to it – for instance, all registered users might have a page that they can post updates to it, with photos of the subject matter so they can send / share a link to their friends/family;
. People can access/contribute to information;
. Include a "Q & A"(Question and Answer) facility;
. Provide for registered users to 'rate' answers given by other users, including to 'report' abuse or self-regulate (eg if 2-3 or more people 'report' and answer / comment / photo etc then it is automatically removed from the website) – best to automate what-ever we can, as much as we can.

Hopefully the website can be updated/developed by all users (thinking similar to Wikipedia) so it can develop into a good reference point for people (eg wiki installation?).

Of course the website will need to make money, to more than pay for itself and I am thinking:

. The site should remain free for users (or a nominal charge for certain functionality??);
. Build up an audience to make it attractive for google adsense/other/private advertising;
. Provide opportunity for relevant private businesses to contribute to the website, have their business name and contact details, for a 'subscription' cost.

The first things we need to do, of course, is research, and I am very interested for a report covering all relevant issues eg:

. Reference and review of other 'similar' websites, our competition, and what we can do to make this amazingly successful;
. Options for website / business name;
. Whether the website should be Australian only (with options to do other countries once Australian site succeeds, or if a single 'worldwide' one should be done;
. Should it have a cute mascot / character? Come up with some ideas!
Should this be the website/business name;
. How / what level of data to be included before the site goes live (otherwise it will be an empty / uninviting website that no-one will use);
. What should be done to best promote the website, for least cost (eg facebook/pinterest etc);
. What about disclaimers/terms of use of website (and different
for different user types);
. hosting / domain registrations – options and recommendations;
. Other relevant issues, program for development and going live, ongoing management requirements, etc;
. Estimate of budget for (1) initial website and related setup costs with proper licencing / purchase costs and (2) ongoing costs, such as hosting, monitoring, etc;
. Other critical issues you identify (see below).

When providing your proposal and YOUR PREFERRED INCOME I need you to:

. Provide an estimated length of the research report (words/issues covered/other issues relevant not already included above);
. Provide estimated timing to provide the finalised report;
. "Sell" your experience and ability to provide me the information to make this outrageously successful - provide me links to other Wordpress websites and highlight any with wikis that you have installed/maintained;

Providing a great report and demonstrating a clear path forward for the development and then marketing and maintenance will mean you will have (1) this development process to proceed with and once up and running and profitable (2) another major website idea I have (this is just the start!)
