Webinar VA

I offer a program that helps and supports parents of adult drug addicts and alcoholics make changes in their own lives instead of remaining in constant worry and stress over the choices their child is making. I'm Eastern time zone. These webinars will be run on Zoom and will be scheduled one W/Th 4 PM, one W/Th 8 PM and one Saturday 1 PM. I need a person experienced in supporting webinars to manage the chat, grab questions and put them on a google doc, post links to the offer at the right time, help someone who is having a technical issue with the webinar, etc. Engage in the chat for 15 min before the webinar starts and I'll come on right on time, etc.

This project requires:
- Fluent English
- Solid Customer Service skills to know what the "right" thing to say is. The audience is older people (mostly women 50+, though some younger and some men) and all in varying levels of intense pain because they have a child who is an addict.
- Experience supporting others in this way.
- 100% reliability - do what you say you will do when you say you will do it without ---------- your proposal, please share a summary of your experience and also other VA work you have done as I am hopeful that I will need much more, assuming the webinars are successful.
