Vacation Manager

Hello, and thank you for reading my job description.
I own 6 holiday/vacation lets in a coastal town in the UK, that I currently manage myself.
I am looking to hire a virtual PA/manager whose tasks will be to manage and run these apartments for me.
They are all 2 bed apartments & currently I only advertise on ---------- & airbnb. I want to advertise on many more OTA's (such as expedia, trip advisor etc). I currently do not use a channel manager but want to register with one such as Tokeet.
Your tasks are to include:
Liaising with guests on a daily basis, including sending out messages that cannot be automated
Replying to guests requests and enquiries
Sending weekly schedule to the cleaning team (updating when necessary) via WhatsApp
Other tasks will be to set up a channel management system, such as tokeet and migrating all 6 vacation lets onto that system.
Register the apartments on other OTA's such as expedia, trip ---------- t up my own website via tokeet and manage bookings via this.
Also to
Run monthly social media campaigns to drive more bookings via my website, across Facebook, Instagram and others

At this stage I am unsure as to the amount of hours this will take, but I am thinking approx 2 hours per day (but could be more in the short-term as we set things up).

You MUST have experience in using change managers such as Tokeet. Social Media campaign management and general experience in vacation lettings.
