Senior Photo Editor, Product Development and Business Systems Co-ordinator

A new Australian real estate media supply company has a remote position available for an experienced senior real estate photo editor to step up into the role of Product Development and Business Systems Co-ordinator. The PDBSC will use their industry experience to assist the company in setting up supplier channels, product research and development, systems and procedures, as well as performing the usual tasks of a high end real estate photo ---------- oto editing experience, must have:
5+ years solid experience in real estate photo editing
Must have a good eye for detail, able to spot errors and inconsistencies in photos and correct accordingly
Thorough knowledge in using photo editing program Photoshop
High end editing multiple bracketed exposures
Experience in removing difficult and complex items
Converting day images to dusk
Quality Controller - Check and enhance real estate photos from the suppliers

PDBSC skills requirements:
Confident working alone
Follow a brief and report back with findings and recommendations
Excellent communication skills
Experience in setting up systems and procedures
Deep industry knowledge required for product research and development
Proficient with spreadsheets and documents

Home-Based Requirements:
8 hour shifts with option for overtime to be negotiated for when required
Working hours between 12pm-12am to be negotiated
Comfortable working from home
Comfortable using Skype Video Call
At least 3MBPS DSL/Wired Internet Connection Package (Wimax, Canopy, Dongles, etc are not allowed)
Up-to-Date Laptop/Desktop
Decent headset and webcam
Conducive private room; no background noise such as children, vehicles and/or any pets

Personal requirements
5+ years experience as a high end real estate photo editor
Fluent written and spoken English with an understanding of first class customer service
Good communication skills and adept at responding within a few minutes to request
Enthusiastic and motivated
